UGA Bench

The UGA Bench features exposed dovetail joinery, where the solid wood construction legs meet the seat. The elevated look is finished with a seat covered in leather upholstery that nests within the seat’s frame.

ATHENS, GA | 2015

The largest space for the UGA renovation was Casey Commons, flanked by smaller study areas that were just as important for the learning process. These side study areas incorporated a custom bench to create a quiet, comfortable, library-esque feel that contrasts with the lively and active commons area.
