What is one thing about you that others would be surprised to know?

I think a lot of people do not know that I actually went to art school and I have a degree in Graphic Design.

Kegan’s commitment to perfection is what makes him such a proficient member of our team of upholsterers. Since starting at Thos. Moser in 2015, Kegan has spent his time refining sewing patterns and carefully stitching upholstered elements of our pieces. He enjoys working with his hands, especially when he is able to work with beautiful materials such as the leathers and fabrics in our core lineup.

His favorite collection to work on by far is the Vita collection, “It is very sewing intensive and that is my favorite, it’s a methodical thing to do and I enjoy it” he says. In addition, he also finds tremendous satisfaction out of working on new product lines and developing new patterns.

Kegan developed a love for boats and the sea at a young age, his family used to take two-week long sailing trips in the summer. Now in his free time he enjoys going on day sails on Casco Bay, Boothbay Harbor, Jewel Island and other nearby Maine locations with his wife and friends.
