Cumberland Table
$3,975.00 - $5,785.00
Though inspired by Danish Modern forms, the Cumberland Dining Table introduces its own perspective – decidedly Moser – and is a unique artistic interpretation of its historical antecedents. As part of the Cumberland Collection, the table makes use of the collection’s trademark visible joinery, the finger joint. Embracing the simplicity of functional forms, the dining table combines both open space and straight lines to create an austere profile.

Beauty and exceptional durability.
As the boldest example of the finger joint in the Cumberland Collection, the Cumberland Dining Table’s skirts come together at the corners with this visible joint, at once stabilizing and beautifying the structure. The end grain creates a contrast in tones visible from alternating sides. The skirt’s corner joint is then shaped to accept the top of the turned tapered leg, with the width of the fingers aligning with the diameter of the top of the leg. A healthy chamfer is introduced at the top of the leg to allow the joint some breathing room and draw its due visual attention.
The tabletop provides a broad expanse for the necessities of dining, leveraging the aesthetic appeal of wood grain that has been hand-finished for a soft appearance and exceptional durability.
The table can comfortably accommodate six guests, with three on each side – and room at either end for larger gatherings. This spacing is based on a standard place setting and is applicable when pairing with Cumberland Dining Chairs – or with most other dining chairs in our portfolio.
