The Barnes Foundation sought to create a flexible space for meetings, conferences, and community gatherings. They wanted a solid table that could easily be reconfigured based on the needs of the area. The resulting flip-top design, with incorporated hardware that includes a high-quality piano hinge, allows for rapid room reconfiguration and high-density nesting of the tables requiring minimal storage space.
